This is an agreement between a lender, borrower and the borrowers bank that the lender will have control of the funds depositied into the borrowers account. It is very useful for loans, or other situations, where one party needs control of another parties bank accounts in case they believe fraud or default is occuring. It is in Word format, and is 5 pages long, with fill the blank spaces for all names, parties, dates and figures. It must be signed by the bank, account holder, and party wishing to control the account.
